11.6 Consequences of contacts with the darkness
There is no point of contact, no communication between God and satan! Which communication does light have with darkness? None! The one excludes the other completely!
They who believe, walk in the light. Darkness is a sign of the authority of satan.
How can someone, who says to be living in the light, then still say ‘to remain a sinner until death’?
The one who looks for contact with the darkness or even gets in contact with it besides his own fault, will become possessed by the spiritual powers of the darkness, the demons. His house of life will become occupied territory.
Like in every war, satan will also utilize every opportunity to lay bridge heads in the camp of his enemies. In the lives of people in this case, in yours and in my life.
Because the impact of God in that life is blocked in this way, it will be minimized or even made impossible – until the person in this matter will call to God for salvation.
Satan isn’t familiar with pardon and ‘sorry’. He is not a gentleman at all, who shows respect for your personality. He won’t ask for your permission to be permitted to ‘enter ’into you.
Dear reader, again: it’s of no account if someone got involved consciously or unconsciously. It works just like poison. If you drink it on purpose or by accident, the impact and the consequences will be exactly the same in both cases. The only difference is, that he who drank the poison by accident, has no personal blame, has no guilt. Despite of that you will need help anyway!
Be aware: God asks your permission to ‘enter’. Our Lord and Redeemer is completely different in this. He has love and respect for you and values you highly. He appreciates you as a human being, the way you are. He’ll then also never ‘squat’ your house of life. He knocks at your door and asks if He is allowed to enter, to ‘eat’ together with you. He offers everything He has to you concerning love, power, and Divine glory. Who could then still say ‘no’?
And: ‘to eat together with you’, means: to discuss his thoughts with you and to explain his Plan to you. And: to share his power and love with you!
This inviting act of God has become visible to us as an example in Jesus Christ. The person, in whom God showed us what He meant with the offer standing above. It’s clear in this way!
The consequences of the contacts with the kingdom of the darkness are in complete contradiction to this. There are also clear examples to be mentioned of this. Maybe you’ll recognize one or more for yourself or with others, but hopefully you recognize none. To be mentioned are:
Depression, long-
In many areas in our lives, satan has seen chance to play a big part in the game in this way.
And we then didn’t even talk about the many, many false religions and philosophical and other (spiritual) doctrines, that hold men under the stick of satan. And that keep him from seeing the true God! “The devil goes round like a roaring lion, looking for those he can tear up.” And that worked out ‘fairly well’, as we see…!
Also concerning that we shouldn’t forget: political violence, wars, natural disasters, other (useless) violence, too much to name everything here. Creation sighs…
Wake up and think about it, soberly! What am I doing about this, for my own wellbeing as well as for the wellbeing of the other? What can I do about this?
And of course all of this not by duty or law, but out of pure love, for God, yourself as well as for the other!
Do love my neighbour like I love myself and God above everything else?
